- All bidders must register with www.afremovart.com using their real names and verifiable contact information. Registration implies acceptance of these bidding terms.
- Bidding will occur in real-time during the auction period, which may last from 1 to 10 days. Each item will have a start and end time for bidding.
- Bids must be placed in increments as determined by the auctioneer, generally following a standard increment schedule based on the current bid amount.
- Bids can be retracted within a reasonable timeframe if there has been no subsequent bid. However, retracting bids frequently may result in suspension from bidding.
- Bidders can set a maximum bid, and the system will automatically bid on their behalf up to their set maximum, in the smallest increment necessary to maintain the lead.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid, advance the bidding in any manner deemed appropriate, withdraw or re-catalog any lot, and even to sell items in any order or at any time.
- Some lots may have reserve prices not disclosed to the public. If the lot does not reach its reserve, it may not be sold.
- Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours after the auction closes. Payment methods include credit cards, PayPal wire transfers, or other secure online payment methods as specified by www.afremovart.com.
